Welcome to Year 4

Our teaching team includes Mr Allaby, Mrs Hampton-Joyce and Miss Bailey (Class Teachers), Mrs Van Spelde and Mrs Cheetham (Cover Teachers) and Mrs Hollingworth (Teaching Assistant).

• The Lost Book of Adventure from the notebooks of the unknown
• The Borrowers by Mary Norton

Important information for Year 4:

• We are timetabled to have PE every Wednesday and Friday (4AHJ will go swimming every Friday throughout the Spring term starting from 17th January 2025).
• Year group library books can be changed throughout the week when you have finished them.
• Home Learning is sent home on a Wednesday, due for the following Monday.
• Spellings are sent home on a Wednesday and will be tested each Wednesday so please ensure your Spelling book is in your bag for this.
• We will have a weekly times table check every Thursday.
