Progress across Key Stage 2
Progress over Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6) is now measured by comparing children’s Key Stage 1 teacher assessment figures with their Key Stage 2 SATs scores (or Teacher Assessments in Writing) with a score of ‘0’ representing expected progress (based on similar pupils nationally) and anything above this showing more the expected progress. These figures are released as part of the validated results released in the Autumn Term.
