The school has come together again with the local food bank, Food Friend based at Wilmslow Parish Church, to help struggling families provide Easter eggs for their children during the forthcoming break donating over 100 Easter Eggs.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, the cost of living rises and families still recovering from losing their livelihoods, this is a time of great hardship for many and one in which luxuries such as Easter eggs may be an expense too far.
A volunteer from Food Friends, Sheena, said: “Thank you to all the pupils for donating the Easter Eggs for people in need of support during this difficult time.”
